MISSION
** The MoCADA BK Gallery is currently closed for installation. The shop is open!
The Museum of Contemporary African Diasporan Arts (MoCADA) uses art as a vehicle of social change.
Through our three pillars — Art, Education and Advocacy — we celebrate the cultural breadth of Africa and the diaspora while advancing conversations about issues impacting Black communities worldwide. Through exhibitions, special public art commissions, community gatherings, workshops, and more, we amplify “voices” that are central to the Black experience to transform neighborhoods near and far.
